Put the right outside WR on a slant
(Optional) Block the FB
(Optional) Put the left outside WR on a C-route (requires Hot Route Master or Slot Apprentice)
Put the slant in motion and snap the ball after he takes a few steps

Put the HB on a wheel
Put the TE on an in route
Put the wide side WR on a streak
Motion out the FB
