This setup out of Inside Cross is a classic Gun Trips TE route combo, and it works great in Pistol Trips as well.

Alignment

On a hash with the trips receivers lined up on the wide side of the field

Setup

1. Put the TE on a post

2. Put the inside WR on a slant

3. Put the middle WR on a flat

Inside Cross is my go-to play for beating man coverage. Sometimes I’ll run the play completely stock and quick snap it, reading the double drags as well as the deep post. The other setup is the same as our Base Play setup, but with the RB on an out route.
